Why Dallas–Fort Worth Homeowners Choose Us

Right-Sizing (9k–36k BTU): Single-Zone vs Multi-Zone

Choosing capacity isn’t guesswork—we size by room volume, insulation, sun exposure, and usage..

Quick BTU Guide (typical ranges)

9,000–12,000 BTU: small bedrooms, offices

18,000–24,000 BTU: larger rooms, garages, open studios

30,000–36,000 BTU: oversized areas or light commercial

When to Choose Multi-Zone

You want 2–5 rooms on one outdoor unit

Mixed-use spaces with different schedules/temperatures

You prefer fewer outdoor units for a cleaner exterior look

Basic Care After Install

Rinse or replace filters as directed, keep outdoor coil clear, and schedule seasonal checks if the unit runs hard in summer/winter.

Installation Day: 3–4 Hours, Start to Comfort

Here’s our standard single-zone flow (typical, not all cases):

  1. Indoor unit placement & mount (wall/ceiling cassette if applicable)

  2. 3″ core-drill through exterior wall

  3. Line set, drain, and control wiring routed cleanly

  4. Outdoor unit set & leveled on pad or wall bracket

  5. Pressure test with nitrogen, then deep vacuum (≤500 microns)

  6. Electrical hookup (dedicated breaker as required)

  7. Startup, leak check, and commissioning

  8. Owner walk-through & cleanup
